Personal data

Personal data are individual details with which you can be personally identified. This includes information such as your name, address, telephone number and date of birth. Information that is not directly associated with your real identity – for example, the number of users of a website – is not personal data.

Collection and processing of personal data

When using our website, data is collected via search engines, forms and log files. For the purpose of system security, our web servers store the connection data of the requesting computer, the pages you visit on our website, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used and the website from which you visit us. Additional personal data such as name, or e-mail address are not collected, unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. as part of an information request. The stored data will be used for abuse tracking on the web server and then deleted. The time of the last login will also be used for advertising purposes, as far as this is legally permissible.

Your rights

You have the right to request information, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data from us in accordance with the statutory provisions. We also make your data available to you in a structured, common and machine-readable format. If we use your data on the basis of your consent (for example when registering for our e-mail news, not currently set up), you can revoke your consent at any time. After revocation we will no longer use your data for this purpose. Should we pursue a justified interest in processing your data, you can contact us with an objection. Of course, you can always contact the responsible supervisory authorities.

Use and disclosure of personal data

We use the personal data provided by you exclusively for the intended purpose, for example for the technical administration of the website and to fulfil your wishes and requirements, e.g. to answer your enquiry. During registration, the data will be used for the purposes of registration and, beyond that, exclusively for advertising purposes within the legally permissible framework. You can object to this promotional use at any time by sending a short message to the address given above.

Your personal data will not be passed on, sold or otherwise transmitted to third parties unless this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract or performing a service or you have expressly consented to this.

Deleting data

If your data is no longer required for the purposes mentioned, it will be deleted. Please note that each time the data is deleted, it will initially only be blocked and then finally deleted after a time delay in order to prevent accidental deletions or possible deliberate damage. For technical reasons, data may be duplicated in backup files and service mirrors. Such copies may also be deleted only after a technical delay.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses an SSL or a SSL protocol. TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Use of cookies

Unsere Website benutzt Cookies, damit unser Angebot besser, effektiver und sicherer genutzt werden kann. Suction. Session cookies, which store data for technical session control in the memory of your browser, are deleted at the latest when you close your browser. Session cookies do not contain any personal data and lose their meaning when leaving our website.

If you decide not to place cookies on your computer, you will still have access to most of our web pages. However, you may no longer be able to use certain functions or areas of the site.

We would also like to point out that browsers generally have functions for managing cookies: You can set your browser so that you are informed when cookies are set and only allow cookies in individual cases, accept cookies for specific cases or generally exclude them and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analysing your surfing behaviour) are stored, these are dealt with separately in this data protection declaration.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymization is enabled on this website, Google will previously truncate your IP address within member states of the European Union or other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is set to prevent your data from being collected in the future when you visit this website: Deactivate Google Analytics

Further information can be found at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de or http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/(general information on Google Analytics and data protection). We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code ga(‘set’, ‘anonymizeIp’, true); in order to guarantee an anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

Google Adwords Remarketing

We use the Adwords Remarketing function of Google (“Google”).
Google Remarketing allows us to show you only the products that really interest you when you visit sites that are part of the Google Display Network (GND). Cookies are stored by your browser to recognize you when you visit GND websites. Through an analysis of your website usage, you will then be shown advertisements for the products that you have already looked at or that may be of interest to you.

In order to prevent the storage of cookies for remarketing purposes, you can make settings via personalized advertising here http://www.google.com/settings/ads.

Google Adwords Conversion-Tracking

We use the Adwords Conversion Tracking feature of Google Inc. (“Google”).

By clicking on our Google advertisement, a cookie is stored on your device to enable this function. A personal reference is not established.

To prevent cookies from being saved for conversion tracking purposes, you can make the appropriate settings in your browser.

Contact forms

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke any consent you may have given for it to be stored or the purpose for storing it no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Data protection for applications and in the application process

The data controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application procedure. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This shall in particular be the case where an applicant sends the relevant application documents to the controller by electronic means, for example by e-mail or via a web form on the website. If the data controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transferred data shall be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in accordance with the statutory provisions. If the controller does not conclude a contract of employment with the candidate, the application file shall be automatically deleted six months after notification of the refusal decision, unless deletion conflicts with any other legitimate interests of the controller. Other legitimate interests in this sense include, for example, the duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz – AGG).
